Payments: Regarding all contracted services, an advance payment is required to secure the booking. This payment can be made either on a confirmed basis or in full, with the remainder due upon departure from your country or upon arrival in India, but must be made before the services commence. The management personnel are at liberty to determine what should be paid in the form of advance payment, depending on the nature of the service, and the amount of time remaining up to the onset of the service.
Other than the above, in some places, such as Special Train Journeys, hotel or resort reservations made during the peak season (Christmas, New Year), full payment should be sent in advance.
Mode of Payment: International advance payment may be made through our bank, via wire transfer.
Cancellation Policy: When tour/travel services are cancelled as a result of any avoidable/unavoidable reasons/s, written notification thereof should be received by us. Whenever we receive advice in writing, cancellation charges will be effective, and cancellation charges will be as follows:
Note: The written cancellation will be taken on all working days except Sundays. Any cancellation received on Sundays will be taken on the following working day (Monday).
In the case of Christmas and New Year 20 Dec to 05 Jan non-refundable payment is made.
Should you cancel the trip once it has been started, you could only get a refund amounting to a limited sum also which would also be subject to the amount that we would be in a position to obtain through the hoteliers/ contractors we deal with. In the case of unused hotel rooms, chartered transportation, and missed meals, etc., we are under no obligation to refund.
Wildlife safaris cancellation: All the wildlife safaris made at any of the Indian Wildlife National Parks/ Sanctuaries are non-refundable. Even when a date change request is made, it will not be counted as a cancellation, and there will be no refund/ adjustment to it.
Our Liabilities and Limitations: It is important to note that once the Tour/ service Cost has been finalized, in case there are any increases in the entrance fees of monuments/museums, Taxes, fuel bills, or guide fees by the Government of India, then the same would be billed as additional.
www.everysquareinch.in is just an agent of the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways, and contractors who offer other services, and all the exchange orders, receipts, contracts, and tickets issued by us are offered under the terms and conditions under which these services are being offered by them.
Each itinerary is a sample itinerary, which is created to provide a rough indication of the probable trip schedule. Itinerary change could be determined by many factors as the weather, the physical fitness of the people on the tour, and on the trail, etc. In case of the interest of the participants of the trip in terms of their safety, comfort, and general wellbeing we reserve the right to resume any schedule.
Our prices will be offered on the existing rates as we negotiated with the hotels, airlines, etc. Hotels and Airlines can always alter the prices at any time without any prior notice. When there are any changes in the rates that were quoted before the alteration, we may update them to be in agreement with the adjustments made by the hotel or the airline. All the hotel bookings will be made on the basis of normal check-in and check-out of the hotel, unless stated in the itinerary.
We will not, by reason of natural hazards or cancellation of flights, accident, malfunction of machinery or equipment, malfunction of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political clauses, or any other untoward occurrence, be liable for delays and changes to the programme as well as costs incurred directly or indirectly.
We will not be liable to any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise to any accommodation, transportation or other services caused - directly or indirectly- by any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, war, civil disturbance, strike, riot, theft, pilferage, epidemics, regulation of medical or custom departments, default, or anything beyond our control.
We lack any insurance cover on the costs of accident, sickness, loss as a result of theft, or any other reason. Those who come to visit are advised to make such insurance arrangements in their native country. At all times, the client risks all the baggage/s and personal property/s.
Note: We will not be liable for any expenses occasioned by any unexpected events such as landslides, road blocks, bad weather, etc.
